Coach Jim brings an extraordinary wealth of experience to the sideline, with 35 years of playing experience under his belt — recently retired, at least until the next game calls him back. A true servant of youth sports, he has dedicated 15 years to youth rugby and 10 years to youth hockey, making him one of the most committed volunteer coaches in New Mexico.

Coach Jim's passion goes beyond the game itself. His focus on the physical and mental development of young athletes has made a lasting impact on the youth sports community throughout the region.

He may claim retirement, but every so often you'll catch a glimpse of the grace and wisdom that is Coach Jim on rugby fields across the region — and those lucky enough to witness it know exactly why he keeps coming back.

Coach Pat has been a cornerstone of the Albuquerque rugby community since first lacing up his boots in 2003, building a reputation over two decades as a dedicated and passionate player. He began sharing that experience on the coaching side in 2017, bringing years of hard-earned knowledge to the next generation of players.

To this day, Coach Pat can still be found competing on fields from Aspen to Nashville — leaving opponents wondering just how he keeps doing it.

Coach Rob began his rugby journey in 2008 at University of the Pacific, going on to compete in Men's D1/D2 rugby across Northern California from 2013 to 2016 with clubs including Fresno RFC, South Valley Bucks, Modesto Harlots, and the Maccabi USA Rugby Select tour.

His coaching career launched in 2012 with the Stockton Saints Rugby Club, where he led the U18 program for two seasons of Sevens while also earning his Level 1 Referee certification. He later returned to University of the Pacific as an assistant forwards coach and Sevens Head Coach from 2015 to 2019, earning his Level 200 Coaching Certificate in 2018.

With over a decade of playing and coaching experience, Coach Rob brings a deep passion for the game and a proven commitment to developing young rugby players.
